Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Consultant in Project Management with French to join EY GDS Poland in Katowice, with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days remote). You will steer international projects, lead programs and support clients through large-scale transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate across EY practices, build trusted client relationships, and ensure delivery aligns with budgets and milestones, leveraging ServiceNow and other PM

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of digital transformation experience, ideally in consulting or large multinational settings.
• Ability to lead transformation programs and engage executive committees.
• Proficiency in French and English for professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programs for global market clients within EY GDS Poland.
• Support clients in business and organizational transformation journeys as trusted PM advisors.
• Develop relationships across EY practices to align client requirements with budgets and milestones.
• Drive delivery using Service Now and other PM tools to ensure successful outcomes.
