Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is seeking a Senior Project Manager who speaks French to join the Transformation Project Office.

You will oversee and coordinate strategic projects across Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency and other initiatives within Investment Banking. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance and reporting to sponsors, apply Agile/Lean methods, and contribute to CSR and communication projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in financial institutions or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Investment Banking with complex project delivery.
• Experience leading with Agile, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects across Global Operating Model and other initiatives.
• Align objectives with stakeholders and provide governance and reporting to sponsors.
• Drive continuous improvement and support knowledge sharing across teams.
