Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Junior Project Manager with French for our Katowice office. The role combines in-office and remote work (2 days in office, 3 days remote) within a global delivery environment.

You will support international projects, apply Agile methods, and act as Product Owner/Scrum Master when needed while developing risk management and change initiatives. Travel up to one week per month may be required.

Qualifications

• Higher education in relevant fields.
• Preliminary experience in project management or IT transformation.
• Fluency in French and English in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in diverse sectors, becoming a trusted advisor on project management.
• Apply Agile methodologies and fulfill roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach.
• Assist in strategic guidance and operational implementation of digital programs including change management.
