Job summary

PTT Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end software delivery across Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Delivery and external stakeholders in Warsaw, Poland.

You will translate roadmap priorities into predictable execution, manage epics, milestones, risks, release readiness, and cross-team dependencies within an agile framework, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior project management role.
• Fluent English.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, DevOps).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks and release coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage initiatives from planning through production release, including Epics, milestones, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Align roadmap priorities with team capacity and delivery commitments.
• Drive backlog refinement and sprint planning, ensuring work is prioritized, estimated and ready for development.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams, products, versions, integrations and configurations.
• Build and maintain release plans and ensure continuous release readiness.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify blockers and provide clear status reporting.
• Coordinate Development, QA and DevOps throughout execution and release preparation.
• Manage WBS allocation, team capacity and resource conflicts.
• Track project budgets, actuals vs. plan, forecasts and cost-related risks.
• Maintain visibility of schedule, technical, delivery, dependency and budget risks, escalating critical issues early.
