Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced SAP project professional to lead and deliver SAP implementation projects across multicultural teams. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, R&D collaboration, and driving transformation journeys for global market clients.

You will work within EY’s Consulting team, on challenging assignments, with opportunities to shape business visions and implement cutting-edge IT solutions. The position combines in-office and remote work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support in large-scale, multicultural environments.
Experience in end-to-end project implementation and project stream/team lead roles.
Excellent English in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Support clients in business and organizational transformation journeys, becoming a trusted advisor in project management topics.
Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements and build relationships across EY practices.
Collaborate with teams to ensure budgets and milestones are met.
Participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects focusing on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within R&D activities.
Collaborate with R&D teams to identify best practices and SAP solutions to improve business processes.
Report progress of R&D projects and document implementation results and post‑implementation reviews.
Design, test, and implement SAP solutions from workshops to pilots and deployment.
