Job summary

Solvi Digital, a UK-based B2B digital marketing agency, seeks a senior, self-sufficient Paid Media Specialist based in South Africa to own Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for UK clients. You will develop strategy, manage campaigns end-to-end, and advise on budget-efficient approaches.

You bring 5+ years of paid media experience, a proven B2B lead gen track record, and strong reporting via AI tools. This is a fully remote role with UK-time alignment where needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media management (Google Ads required).
• - Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads for UK market B2B lead gen.
• - Strong cold email strategy, deliverability, and domain health setup.
• - Ability to independently design campaigns and offer strategy over execution.
• - Proficient in AI-driven reporting and client-facing insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage B2B lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for UK clients.
• Own full campaign strategy including keyword research, targeting, ad copy, and bidding.
• Build Meta funnels optimized for lead quality.
• Advise clients on budget-friendly strategies, not just execution.
• Collaborate with design to align landing pages and offers.
• Set up automated lead notifications via Zapier/Make.
• Produce insights-driven reports using Claude and other tools.
• Manage multiple LinkedIn and Meta accounts and monitor daily.
