Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist to strengthen our online presence through paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and more. You will own campaign management, strategy, analytics, budgeting, and cross‑team collaboration with Creatives, Data, and Content teams.

You bring 3+ years of PPC experience, deep knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube ads, Meta Ads, and strong data-driven decision skills. A knack for leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience with a proven track record of results.
• Expertise in platforms like Google Search Ads, YouTube ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and similar tools.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, N8N, etc.) to optimize workflows, analyze data, and drive innovative solutions.
• Ensure accurate tracking mechanisms are in place and are in line with the latest industry standards.
• Hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in tasks execution.
• Outstanding communication skills.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
• Cross team collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing teams to maximize their effectiveness through PPC campaigns.
