Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Care Delivery Dedicated Workplace, overseeing managers and skip-level reporting for multiple service lines. The role emphasizes operational health, quality, and performance, with a focus on AI-enabled care delivery and policy compliance.

You will drive staffing, budget planning, and staffing forecasts, partnering with Workforce Management and cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license required.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing 40+ through layers.
• Experience with AI tools in workflows and change leadership.
• Ability to manage KPIs and staffing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and team leads, with frontline members as skip-level reports.
• Lead structured performance management across teams and audit coaching.
• Translate plans into operational processes and own KPI performance.
• Keep staffing aligned with volume forecasts and monitor attrition with Workforce Management.
• Own SOP creation, ensure adherence to policies and drive changes to operating models.
• Identify training needs and partner on program adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide end-to-end change leadership and create communication plans for leaders and teams.
• Lead responsible adoption of AI tools across teams and measure efficiency gains.
