Job summary

BlackBox Strategies is looking for a senior Outbound & Lifecycle Execution Lead to take charge of messaging for B2B and B2C audiences. You will be responsible for executing campaigns across email, CRM, and SMS, ensuring alignment with strategy and message delivery.

This fully remote role requires a minimum of 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, particularly in executing email campaigns, and a strong grasp of segmentation and deliverability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in outbound, lifecycle marketing, or RevOps-adjacent roles.
• Direct experience executing email and CRM campaigns.
• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and channel tradeoffs.
• Clear written communicator with a bias toward execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound lists and workflows using Clay.
• Launch, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly.
• Manage compliance, suppression logic, and list hygiene.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager on campaigns.
