Simon-Kucher Core Business Services Sp. z o. o. in Poland (remote from Poland or hybrid Warsaw) seeks a Senior Manager AI Engineering to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering enterprise AI solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will combine AI expertise with leadership, project delivery, and client advisory to help organizations adopt and scale AI across commercial functions. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in AI/ML/Software engineering or applied AI.
• University degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading technical projects and owning technical solutions.
• Strong Python, including API development and integration patterns.
• Hands-on with LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool calling, agentic workflows) using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Production practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, support.
• Knowledge of Azure ecosystem (AI Foundry, Container Apps, Functions).
• Willing to travel for client projects.
• Clear English communication (C1+) and ability to align tech with business constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex AI transformation programs from strategy through enterprise deployment.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee design and implementation of enterprise AI architectures aligned with business objectives and standards.
• Guide teams delivering Agentic AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Translate business processes into AI-enabled operating models and prioritize high-value use cases.
• Ensure engineering excellence with best practices in software engineering, MLOps, Responsible AI, governance, observability, and operations.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, governance, and adoption.
• Foster capability development and mentoring within the AI Engineering team.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and shaping AI proposals.
