Job summary

ScalingCraft Solutions, a remote-first performance marketing company, seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to own new client acquisition across international markets (US, UAE, Australia). You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, then hand off to delivery with a clear brief.

You will prospect via Apollo.io and LinkedIn, craft proposals, and drive revenue with minimal supervision in a focused, part-time schedule. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience selling digital marketing or related services.
• Experience selling to US, UAE, or Australia markets.
• Comfort with cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn outreach as daily routine.
• Fluent written and spoken English with ability to run video calls independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify a pipeline targeting US, UAE and Australia with weekly conversations.
• Reach out daily via calls, email sequences and LinkedIn messages, following up until a clear yes/no.
• Run discovery calls to understand client goals and present Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and full-funnel services.
• Prepare custom proposals with delivery team on scope and pricing, and close deals independently.
• Maintain accurate Zoho CRM records of contacts, calls, deals and next steps.
