Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a senior AI program leader to drive Intelli Ops AI use case development for major financial services clients in Warsaw. You will oversee the AI delivery lifecycle from feasibility through production, manage vendor relationships, and ensure governance and value realization across multi-party programs.

The role requires 8+ years in tech delivery with AI leadership, strong English, and openness to 25-30% travel.

Qualifications

8+ years in technology delivery, with AI/advanced analytics leadership
Experience delivering AI use cases in regulated environments, e.g., banking/financial services
Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering

Responsibilities

Define and own the Intelli Ops AI use case roadmap across client programs
Lead AI use case discovery workshops with client stakeholders in English (French/Dutch a plus)
Govern AI build quality and enforce gates before progression
Define and maintain AI governance framework aligned to EU AI Act
Present use cases, progress, risks, and outcomes to initiative leads and exec sponsors
Manage relationships with AI vendors and platforms; ensure delivery against outcomes
Track program value: pipeline health, delivery status, realized benefits, risk posture
