ElevenLabs seeks a Poland-based accounting professional to own full books under Polish laws, align with US GAAP, and support NetSuite deployment for Polish requirements. The role is remote-first with optional office in Warsaw, serving a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• Owned full books of a Polish entity under the Accounting Act.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments is essential.
• Based in Poland with ability to work remotely.
• English proficiency of at least B2; bonus NS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records per Polish Accounting Act and US GAAP.
• Coordinate with external partner to implement NetSuite for Polish regulatory needs.
• Report issues during/after implementation.
• Review invoices, bank statements, and journal entries for accuracy.
