Job summary

T Hub Poland is seeking a SAP ABAP developer with a focus on HCM/FI and German language skills to work remotely, with quarterly visits to the HQ in Warszawa.

You will advise customers on cloud-based HCM/FI processes, map requirements, and contribute to designing and implementing SAP solutions across S/4HANA environments. This role supports international projects within Deutsche Telekom Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years ABAP experience focused on SAP HCM/FI.
• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent.
• Strong system understanding with SAP HCM/FI and S/4HANA process development knowledge.
• Experience in SAP application management or S/4HANA implementation (brownfield/greenfield).
• Adobe Forms development and customization experience.
• Workflow design and implementation experience.
• German language at C1 or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to learn German legal requirements and framework conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, conceive and design modern architectural solutions.
• Advise customers on mapping cloud-based HCM/FI processes and target/actual concepts.
• Perform requirements and feasibility analyses, prepare quotes, present to customers.
• Engage in SAP ABAP development within HCM/FI and S/4HANA contexts.
