Job summary

T Hub Poland, part of Deutsche Telekom Group, seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with German to guide enterprise and public sector HR transformations. You will design cross-system HR architectures, integrate SAP with third-party solutions, and lead architecture workshops with stakeholders.

Remote-first with quarterly in-person HQ touchpoints in Warszawa. Strong experience in SAP SF, cloud HR tech, and identity platforms is essential.

Qualifications

Several years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Broad expertise across SAP SuccessFactors suite and interdependencies.
Proven design experience for complex HR systems and enterprise architectures.
Strong integration skills with SAP and third-party solutions.
Solid knowledge of modern cloud architectures and integration concepts.
Experience with SAP BTP, APIs, middleware technologies, or similar platforms.
Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading customer workshops and advisory engagements.
Fluent German and very good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Advise enterprise and public sector clients on SAP SuccessFactors HR transformations.
Design future-proof HR target architectures across hybrid SAP and cloud environments.
Support SAP SuccessFactors projects from planning to hypercare.
Present architecture concepts and blueprints to clients.
Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Define integration approaches using SAP BTP, APIs and middleware.
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors and identity platforms.
