RHONDOS is hiring a Sales Engineer to join the growing EMEA pre‑sales team. You will partner with account executives and regional leadership to drive technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations, and support the full sales cycle with SAP and security expertise.

This is an individual contributor role requiring SAP depth from day one; prior sales engineering is a plus but not required as we will invest in the commercial side. The role involves travel and a remote‑first work environment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SAP experience in a consultant, Basis, security, or technical role.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Interest in moving into a customer‑facing, commercial role and learning the sales side.

Mansioni

• Lead technical discovery sessions to map SAP landscapes, security posture, and compliance needs.
• Deliver tailored PowerConnect demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop proofs‑of‑concept, architecture proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Serve as the primary technical voice for account executives throughout the sales cycle.
