Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP Authorization & Security Consultant to join our growing SAP Center of Excellence. You will design and maintain security concepts within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring secure access, SoD controls, and governance across the landscape.

You will develop PFCG roles, support SAP GRC processes, assist audits, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units. Travel within Europe is occasional.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SAP Security and Authorizations, preferably in S/4HANA.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining PFCG roles and SoD controls.
• Familiar with SAP GRC, audits, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001).
• Knowledge of licensing concepts and user access controls, with audit support experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimise SAP authorization concepts and role structures in SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop and maintain PFCG roles aligned with business processes and security requirements.
• Manage SoD controls, conflict analysis, remediation activities, and governance processes.
• Support SAP GRC processes and access governance initiatives.
• Conduct security reviews, identify opportunities to strengthen SAP access controls.
• Investigate authorization issues and security incidents, perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, GDPR, ISO27001, and other frameworks.
• Support audits with documentation, evidence, and remediation plans; maintain security docs.
