The role involves remote work with quarterly on-site presence in Warszawa, participation in international projects, and collaboration with the SAP Center of Excellence in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as ABAP developer with SAP HCM focus.
• Completed studies in business administration or business informatics.
• Integrative system understanding and SAP HCM development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on mapping cloud-based HCM processes and target/actual concepts.
• Perform requirements and feasibility analyses, prepare quotations for customers.
• Develop, design and conceive modern architectural SAP solutions.
