Qualifications

• Fluency in English and university degree in HR/Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in organizational and process management within a global operating company.
• Experience in project management from conception to execution.
• Strong understanding of organizational structures, HR IT-Systems and global HR processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with SAP SuccessFactors and HR software.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Technological aptitude and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and operational responsibility for assigned service tasks within Global Org Management, Systems & Processes.
• Maintain and develop global organizational design standards and central data as a service, set up global org charts and approval workflows.
• Support HR units in regulatory processes through data provision, documentation, coordination and standardized process support.
• Provide guidance and templates on international HR data protection topics with HR governance functions.
• Support implementation of global HR technology strategy by gathering requirements, coordinating testing and rollouts.
• Define, document and improve global HR processes and system requirements to drive harmonization and efficiency.
• Coordinate projects within the service scope focusing on implementation of HR concepts and standards.
