Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Sales Development Account Manager for a remote role open to Italy, Germany, Spain or Poland. You will generate new business opportunities and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline with our global teams.

You will engage prospects via phone, email and social channels, schedule meetings with Business Development partners, and collaborate with Marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness while meeting activity and revenue targets.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in inside sales or sales development.
• Experience with lead qualification and appointment setting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business opportunities via inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Engage prospects through phone, email, and social channels to build relationships.
• Research, qualify, and understand customer needs to advance opportunities.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Business Development partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness and territory goals.
• Maintain accurate activity, lead, contact, account and opportunity data in CRM.
• Meet established activity and business development metrics while representing Worldwide.
