Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant to convert online enquiries into bookings for Residential End of Tenancy cleaning. You will manage digital and incoming sales opportunities, guiding prospects to the right cleaning solution.

In this remote role, you’ll engage customers via phone and online channels, hit sales targets and maintain CRM records while enjoying a fully remote setup and substantial commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in direct sales, telesales or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and confident when handling rejection.
• Proven success in phone-based sales.
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving results.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.

The Role
