Job summary

Jobgether is seeking aTechnical Support Specialist to troubleshoot complex issues in a live SaaS environment from Poland. You will diagnose data and performance issues using SQL, support enterprise clients, and collaborate with engineering teams on challenging problems.

The role involves working with Azure, SQL Server, .NET, and Angular, while maintaining system reliability and influencing internal processes for better support workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical support within a SaaS or software environment.
• Strong SQL skills to troubleshoot production data and issues.
• Experience supporting production web applications where availability is critical.
• Cross-layer troubleshooting across databases, applications, and networks.
• Remote server experience using RDP or similar tools.
• Strong English communication, able to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers in a live SaaS environment.
• Write and run SQL queries to diagnose system behavior and identify root causes.
• Monitor production environments, identify bottlenecks, and prevent issues from escalating.
• Communicate with enterprise clients to understand issues and coordinate troubleshooting with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve persistent or complex problems.
• Use monitoring/logging/diagnostic tools to support stability of production systems.
• Contribute to better documentation and internal troubleshooting workflows.
• Support systems across Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular and related integrations.
• Investigate integrations and issues involving SSO, payments, and Power BI.
