Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a System Administrator I based in Poland to deliver high-quality IT support in a remote-first environment. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage Windows Server infrastructure, and administer Azure, Entra ID, AD, and Microsoft 365.

You will also handle VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, network issues, and endpoint security, while ensuring strong client satisfaction and collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Windows Server administration 2016–2025.
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Microsoft Azure and Entra Admin Center, AD and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot firewalls and switches.
• Experience with Microsoft Office apps, backups, and endpoint security.
• MSP experience is desirable. Certifications are a plus.
• Strong English communication and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work full-time (40h/wk) and participate in on-call rotations.
• Remote-work ready setup meeting listed hardware/network requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Windows/macOS and common business apps.
• Manage server environments running Windows Server 2016–2025 for availability and performance.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and AD-related services.
• Support virtualization environments with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Assist with Sage ERP/QuickBooks and other business applications and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain network connectivity including firewalls and switches.
• Protect systems with endpoint security and backup tools; support mobile devices.
• Serve as escalation point and knowledge resource for technicians.
• Deliver professional client service and accurate documentation; meet CSAT goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations and complete required training.
