Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is seeking an English-speaking Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract. You will steer customer onboarding, manage kick-offs, and ensure world-class support across learning platforms. Collaboration with experts and stakeholders across time zones is essential in a remote-first setup.

You will run trainings, document issues with steps, and help customers adopt the platform through proactive problem solving and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and remote work tools (Slack, Google Drive, Teams).
• High English proficiency with ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Comfortable in a remote-first, async-heavy environment across time zones.
• Hands-on use of project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Notion).
• Experience with learning platforms or LMS/LXP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line contact for customers using our learning platform.
• Drive successful implementations and troubleshoot issues asynchronously.
• Provide technical/configuration support and respond to inquiries via email and other async channels.
• Lead 1:1 trainings, onboarding, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls.
• Use templates to help customers structure rollouts and learning programs.
• Create light-weight training materials and share next steps.
