Job summary

Qualifications

• Full-time degree from a recognized institute.
• 4+ years in one or more implementation projects: requirements, documentation, configuration, testing, admin training, data migration, UAT.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope implementation with customer, timelines, budget, and resources.
• Configure and customize client requirements; setup data, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide user and admin training for the SaaS product.
• Offer ongoing post-implementation support and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and technical specs.
• Collaborate with product team to suggest improvements from client feedback.
