Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a client team using an AI-powered learning platform. You’ll help onboarding, implementation, and keep projects running smoothly from kickoff to go-live.

You’ll collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to maintain clear communication, manage timelines, and provide proactive, responsive support, becoming the central point of coordination across diverse topics and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and expectation management skills.
• Confidence in facilitating meetings.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or client-facing roles.
• Comfort working across a wide range of topics and stakeholders.
• Ability to work to deadlines and iterate quickly on feedback.

The team focuses on onboarding new customers, supporting them through implementation, and making sure projects run smoothly from kick-off to go-live.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with both internal experts and customer-side stakeholders, helping keep communication clear, timelines on track, and customers supported every step of the way. You’ll make sure customers have a smooth and positive experience by providing proactive, responsive support. You’ll be the central point of coordination, keeping projects organized and helping move things forward.

What You Will Do:

• Support customers in using a learning software platform
