Job summary

Offshore Launch is seeking a Roofing Operations Coordinator (Roofing and Solar) for a remote, full-time role. The position acts as the quality gate between Sales and Operations, ensuring accurate scope, pricing, and documentation before going to production.

You will manage financing, permits, warranties, and change orders, while maintaining strict adherence to standards and timelines. A detail-oriented, process-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a checklist-driven approach.
• Ability to manage a high volume of jobs at different stages and prevent items from slipping.
• Willingness to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
• Experience in roofing, solar, construction, or home services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review every job signed by the residential sales team before it is released to production.
• Verify scope of work and pricing are accurate and align with contract and internal requirements.
• Ensure all required information and photos are captured; route incomplete items back for correction.
• Approve compliant jobs and release to production; track regressions to resolution.
• Support customer financing on signed jobs; reconcile change orders in ServiceTitan; enter permit applications and track status.
