RemoFirst, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize the revenue lifecycle across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

This remote-first role will own CRM administration, sales compensation tooling, reporting, enablement, and revenue systems to drive efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams to automate processes, build dashboards, and deliver monthly MRR reporting, ensuring accurate commissions and scalable processes in a fast-paced, globally

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into improvements.
• Experience administering CRM platforms and supporting revenue tech stacks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales, SDR, and Partner teams to optimize CRM workflows and tools.
• Own CRM administration, data integrity, and user adoption.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Design and deliver monthly Sales Enablement training with leadership.
• Own monthly commission calculation and ensure accurate disbursements.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely commission payments.
• Own MRR reporting and recurring management dashboards.
• Build dashboards to support performance, forecasting, and exec decisions.
• Support RFPs and other strategic initiatives as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for revenue teams on CRM, compensation, and tooling.
