YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations Expert to optimize CRM workflows and data accuracy for revenue operations in a remote setting.

You will configure CRM platforms, manage related tools, and develop scalable processes across sales and customer success teams, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
