Job summary

Nord Security is seeking a Retail Account Manager to grow relationships with consumer electronics retail partners across physical and digital channels. You will shape pricing, drive promotions, and build long-term partnership strategies to expand Nord Security's footprint.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure successful launches and in-store and online execution, while analyzing sales data and forecasting performance for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with physical and digital products (retail / channel / account management)
• Experience in pricing, marketing, and customer management
• Ability to build partnership strategies and nurture long-term relationships
• Analytical mindset: able to analyze sales data, forecast, and provide actionable insights
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with consumer electronics retail partners
• Build and execute partnership strategies and joint business growth plans
• Contribute to pricing, promotions, and commercial offers for partners
• Analyze channel performance, forecast sales, and report on KPIs to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and in-store/online execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within consumer electronics and digital distribution
• Manage the customer portfolio: planning, invoicing, forecasting, and risk management.
