Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland seeks a Reporting Specialist to help enhance data management, reporting processes, and investment controlling initiatives that support strategic decisions.

You will contribute to PMI data projects, expand the Group Investment Planning Tool, and prepare PMI status reports for the International Investment Controlling workstream. Fluent English and IFRS9 knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or Mathematics or related field with focus on Finance/Controlling/Accounting/Banking
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge of methods and instruments used in investment controlling, accounting, and capital market analysis
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS 9 standard
• Ability to present findings clearly both verbally and graphically

Responsibilities

• Support data management interfaces expansion within PMI projects
• Support reporting for LGAAP, IFRS9, and ESG data
• Coordinate data quality improvement with international teams
• Expand Group Investment Planning Tool (GIP) for PMI requirements
• Prepare PMI project status reports for International Investment Controlling
• Participate in centralization of investment accounting projects
