You will collaborate with accounting, controlling and cross-functional teams, support internal and external audits, and contribute to process improvements. Candidates should have 2+ years in financial reporting and strong Excel, SAP/ERP experience, plus fluent

Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, controlling or audit.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, SQL or VBA is a strong advantage.
Good command of English (B2/C1), written and spoken.
Knowledge of IFRS or HGB is a plus.
Ability to work independently.
Foreign languages.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
Performing account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data
Preparing management accounting analyses and financial information for the Management Board
Conducting variance and deviation analyses with clear commentary
Supporting internal and external audit processes
Participating in reporting to Group / global headquarters
Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses for senior stakeholders
Collaborating with accounting, controlling and cross-functional teams
Contributing to process improvement and development of analytical tools
