Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland seeks a Quality Assurance Expert to manage IFRS and Solvency II reporting accuracy. You will review financial statements, support subsidiaries, and provide methodological guidance across IFRS standards and IFRS 17 project work.

The role involves interaction with external and Group auditors and cross-border finance initiatives. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, university-level economics or accounting education, English

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Mathematics, Accounting or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards (preferable IFRS 17) and Solvency II reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex accounting issues.
• Proficiency with SAP, especially SEM-BCS, is required.

Responsibilities

• Review reconciliation of local financial statements to IFRS and Solvency II requirements and ensure compliance with group manuals.
• Support subsidiaries on technical accounting matters and reporting package requirements for timely submissions.
• Provide methodological expertise in IFRS and Solvency II reporting and act as primary point of contact for auditors.
• Lead and participate in finance transformation projects including IFRS 17 adaptations and training workshops.
• Collaborate on M&A activities and post-merger integration to align accounting policies and reporting.
