Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks an Analytics Scrum Master – Assistant Director to lead agile practices across a cross-functional analytics team. You will coach analysts, data scientists, engineers, and product owners to optimize sprint delivery and unblock blockers, enabling global impact.

Ideal candidates bring strong project leadership, Scrum/Kanban expertise, and experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA. This is a primary-location role in Poland with a focus on structured, transparent collaboration and

Qualifications

Proven track record owning or leading complex projects or deliverables.
Strong knowledge of AGILE workflow practices (scrum/kanban).
Experience using project management software to manage team deliverables.
Structured, organized work style with ability to operate within a defined framework.
Leadership with ability to handle difficult conversations and build rapport.

Responsibilities

Coach and enable the team to follow AGILE practices and ceremonies.
Develop and maintain workflow tracking reports to measure planning effectiveness.
Guide long-term planning documentation aligned with goals and reality.
Setup daily standups, planning sessions, and sprint ceremonies; remove blockers.
Provide daily holistic visibility and connect team members to resolve issues.
Report on long-term roadmaps for key projects within the team.
