EY GDS Poland in Katowice invites applications for a Junior Project Manager focusing on Banking & Insurance. You will support PMO governance, coordinate delivery, track milestones and prepare management updates across international programs in a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

You’ll collaborate with EY colleagues and clients, applying agile and design thinking approaches, and you’ll develop strong reporting and stakeholder engagement skills in a fast‑paced global

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in PMO, project coordination or PM within consulting or financial services.
• Analytical mindset with ability to transform insights into actions.
• Strong teamwork, client focus and willingness to learn.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Support PMO governance, reporting, and risk management for finance programs.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to track progress and dependencies.
• Prepare management updates and assist in governance meetings.
• Apply agile, Design Thinking and Lean Startup methods.
