Job summary

Demandflow is seeking a Project Lead (Account Manager) to own client relationships and drive website projects from brief to launch. You will coordinate with designers and developers, translate marketing goals into actionable tasks, and ensure on-time delivery with a premium client experience.

You will work remotely, primarily aligned to US EST hours, with collaboration across GMT and PST. Native English communication, strong marketing knowledge, and agency experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Strong marketing knowledge within B2B context.
• Availability to work US EST hours and collaborate across GMT/PST.
• Experience in agency or client-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships.
• Lead website projects from briefing to launch and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with designers/developers and translate client goals into actionable tasks.
• Maintain proactive progress updates and manage timelines, scope and feedback.
• Run regular check-ins and sponsor project retrospectives for process improvements.
