Job summary

Neo Group seeks a Lead Brand Designer to shape and evolve our brands’ visual identities across marketing, SMM, CRM, and product. You will set creative direction, develop brand guidelines, and mentor designers to build a strong, cohesive brand presence.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain high visual standards, and drive brand consistency across campaigns and product launches, contributing to an innovation-driven, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in developing visual identities and cohesive brand systems
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Proven experience creating, maintaining, and implementing brand guidelines across different projects and teams
• Strategic thinking: translating business goals into visual solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

• Brand Identity: Develop and evolve visual identities across brands and products
• Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints
• Brand Guidelines: Define, maintain, and promote brand guidelines across teams

• Design Review: Review outputs and provide feedback to maintain high visual quality
• Brand Communication: Create visual materials for brand communications and internal initiatives
