Job summary

Dotlinkers is seeking a Product Fullstack Engineer to enhance how users discover content and creators on an AI-powered platform. You will work on search, rankings, and personalised feeds, combining backend Go services with frontend React work.

You’ll collaborate with an international, distributed team and own end-to-end features from design to release. The role offers fully remote work with overlapping hours with the US and potential B2B or permanent contracts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong Go programming skills and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Production experience with React and frontend collaboration.
• Familiarity with search, ranking, and content discovery systems.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, concurrency, and networking.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to work in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve search functionality, content ranking, and discovery features.
• Develop personalised feeds and recommendations to help users find creators and content.
• Work on features like tags, creator profiles, and following other users.
• Contribute to backend services and frontend functionality with React.
• Measure and improve the quality of search results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ship and iterate on product features.
