Job summary

DoiT is seeking aSenior Full-Stack Engineer to join our R&D team, shaping the AI cost-visibility product from ingesting Go services to React interfaces used by FinOps practitioners.

This remote role welcomes candidates in the UK, Ireland, and other parts of Europe, offering full-time employment with flexible work options, impactful ownership, and collaboration with a global cloud-technology leader.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including multi-tenant SaaS products, with a track record of owning features or products end-to-end in production.
• Strong Go for backend services - APIs, data processing, and the operational realities of running them
• Strong TypeScript and modern React, with a good eye for how data should be presented
• Comfortable across the stack. You may lean backend or lean frontend, but you can own a feature from the data model through to the interface
• Experience building on public cloud (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure), and working proficiency in SQL against an analytical store such as BigQuery
• Product-oriented thinking - you care as much about why you're building something and whether it works for users as you do about how it's built
• AI-augmented working style - you already use AI tools across your engineering workflow and can talk concretely about what you've got out of them, and where they fell short
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns and architectural principles, and the ability to set direction for others
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving market - you can figure out the right problem to solve, not just the right solution
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from customer pain to release, monitoring and iteration
• Understand how AI spend works and why features matter to customers
• Work AI-augmented across the full workflow: prototyping, coding, testing and documentation
• Deliver full-stack features on Go backend and TS/React frontend
• Build API-first capabilities for both humans and agents to drive the platform
