Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Product Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions within the Product Solutions organization. You will manage data product roadmaps and support Agile teams across engineering, QA, and product teams.

Responsibilities include ETL, SQL reporting, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to align with the roadmap. The role emphasizes data quality, automation, and insightful leadership-ready analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS or related field.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to optimize queries.
• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses.
• Understanding of data governance and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights for business decisions.
• Define and execute ETL processes for data integration.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
• Design data models and algorithms to support product goals and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
• Present findings to senior leadership in a clear, actionable way.
• Ensure data quality by implementing validation checks and handling errors.
• Automate ETL processes using PowerShell or similar technologies.
