Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Senior Director of Data Analytics to lead our BI initiatives with a focus on Power BI, Fabric, Looker, and Redshift. This role drives data strategy, analytics delivery, and business growth through actionable insights.

You will mentor a team of data analysts, BI developers, and engineers while partnering with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data analytics with 5+ years in leadership, deep BI expertise, data modeling,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
10+ years in data analytics/BI with at least 5 years in leadership.
Extensive hands‑on Power BI, advanced DAX proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric and other platforms like Redshift/Looker.
Develop complex data models, reports, dashboards leveraging DAX and related tech.
Implement data analytics strategies aligning with business objectives.
