Drive data-driven decision-making across the Product Solutions organization
Facilitate all aspects of the Product Solutions data product roadmap
Support initiatives to build, integrate, or enhance products aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology
Support Product Solutions data product strategy in collaboration with the product team, Scrum Master, QA, and Engineering
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Define and execute ETL processes for seamless data integration
Create and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics
Design and implement data models and algorithms
Conduct ad-hoc analyses for business initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Implement data validation checks and error handling to ensure data quality and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Two more years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Proven expertise in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize for performance
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Ability to understand, organize, manipulate and derive complex data insights from large data sets
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance standards
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
