Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Proven SQL expertise with complex queries and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses.
• Strong statistical and data modeling knowledge.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven decision-making across the Product Solutions organization.
• Facilitate the Product Solutions data product roadmap.
• Support initiatives to build, integrate, or enhance products following Agile.
• Collaborate with product team, Scrum Master, QA and Engineering.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Define and execute ETL processes for data integration.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
• Design data models and algorithms to support analytics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for business initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Implement data validation and error handling to ensure quality.
• Automate and orchestrate ETL processes using PowerShell or scripts.
