Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Senior Director of Data Analytics to lead our BI strategy and data initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on Power BI, Looker, and Redshift to deliver actionable insights and data-driven decision making.

You will mentor a team of data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers in Krakow, with onsite presence once per month and for final interviews. Seeking a seasoned leader with 10+ years in analytics and strong DAX skills, plus experience in cloud

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analytics or BI with leadership experience.
• Extensive Power BI experience with advanced DAX.
• Experience with Looker and Redshift.
• Strong data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric as well as Redshift and Looker.
• Create and optimize complex data models, reports, and dashboards with DAX.
• Develop data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver analytics solutions.
• Establish data governance, quality, and security in analytics processes.
• Monitor emerging BI technologies to stay at the forefront of data innovation.
• Communicate complex data insights to executive leadership clearly.
• Oversee integration of data from multiple sources to create unified analytics platforms.
• Drive data literacy and analytics adoption across the organization.
