Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Google Ads.
• 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads.
• 2+ years of experience with several other channels from the list.
• Solid understanding of measurement and conversion tracking nuances.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+ (or local equivalent).
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Launch new advertising campaigns across channels and generate assets for developers and content teams.
• Monitor KPIs and OKRs: traffic, conversions, CPA/CAC.
• Conduct regular reporting, hypotheses testing, and experiments.
• Perform research and regular analysis to identify growth and optimization areas.
• Coordinate with external and internal partners (brand/product managers and others).
