Jobgether SRL in Poland is seeking a PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. You will drive qualified traffic, generate leads and improve ROI through data-driven planning and testing.

Collaborating with performance marketers, content creators, and analytics teams, you’ll own campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and budget forecasting while exploring new growth opportunities in a remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads including search, display, and remarketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budgets and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social campaigns (search, display, shopping, remarketing).
• Create and test ad copy, structure campaigns, and optimize messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust bids and budgets.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to improve landing pages and conversions.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and analytics pixels.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Forecast spend, traffic, leads, and ROI using historical data and trends.
• Share insights across channels to align paid media with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated on platform changes and explore new channels and automation.
