Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. You will design and manage dynamic PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on hotels' occupancy and direct bookings.

You will analyze data in GA4 and Looker Studio, optimize budgets, segment audiences, and report results to clients, while staying client-facing and highly organized in a fully remote Poland role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital marketing resulting from an advertising agency or media house.
• Proficient in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for clients.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
• Good understanding of customer segmentation and customer journeys.
• Client-facing experience (meetings, calls, updates).
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for non-experts.
• Strong market and competitor research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and capable of multi-campaign management, prioritization, and deadlines.
• Fluency in Polish (native) and English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Create strategies including remarketing, audience segmentation and budget optimization.
• Communicate progress and results to clients regularly.
• Analyze data and report insights using GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Contribute to internal projects to improve processes and develop new products or services.
