Job summary

KEYENCE Corporation is seeking a Polish-speaking Chat Operator to join our international marketing team. You will be the first contact via our website chat, verify client information in our CRM, and support database cleaning and expansion projects.

The role is a 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension, based in Poland with remote work options. The ideal candidate will have Polish (C2) and English business proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative mindset within an

Qualifications

• Polish language at C2 level and English business proficiency.
• Living in Poland.
• First experience in customer support is a plus.
• Willingness to commit to a short-term project of minimum 3 months with possiblity to extend up to 18 months.
• High level of accuracy and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with customers via our website chat.
• Support customer queries via chat.
• Verify and input client information into the CRM database.
• Support database cleaning and expansion projects.
