Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish or professional level of communication with clients.
• Available to work full-time, including weekends.
• Stable internet connection and a computer (Windows or Mac).
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contacting clients via phone and other channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
• Providing information about products/services and answering questions.
• Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.
• Supporting clients through the enrollment process.
