Job summary

Accenture PLC in Poland is seeking a proactive PMO/Project Governance specialist to support RAID logs, milestone tracking, and change requests across IT projects. You will prepare management reports, KPI analyses, and steer committees while coordinating onboarding, access, and data quality tasks.

You will collaborate with international teams, apply AI-enabled improvements to reporting, and promote best practices in governance, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with project governance activities such as RAID management, milestone tracking, change management, and status reporting.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and SLAs along with MS Office tools.
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2) written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RAID logs, monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Track actions, coordinate governance meetings, and manage change requests.
• Prepare status reports, KPI and SLA analyses, and Steering Committee materials.
• Coordinate onboarding, access management, documentation, dashboards and data quality monitoring.
• Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to automate PMO processes and reporting.
